Original Character design. I eventually went with a 90s style gumby-hairstyle resembling a tooth. :D
Sketch for the Final piece. Done by hand using Pilot Color Eno Mechanical Pencils
Started Inking in Clip Studio and was messing around with how the "Spirit Urns" was going to look. I was also messing around with the angles.
Finishing up the Inking. I cheated. I used some mirroring for the wings... hey I wanted to get this thing done by Halloween.
Added a backdrop and laid down my color flats. Originally I wanted a ringed planet behind her, but I eventually abandoned that idea because of time constraints and because I thought it would conflict with some other things I wanted to do with the Urns
I had to expand the scene out to get some tileable clouds for Looping. Looping was a pain in the ass. I had to put all my loops on factors of 120 so all the animations would evenly loop within a 2 minute time frame.
Added some color to the clouds.
A little bit of Traditional animation for the spirits coming out of the Urns. Getting it to loop was a bitch.
Final Coloring before I took it into AE to add effects and animate.
Logo for the VFF Album. I especially don't like the eyes. I really rushed doing this so I could have it for the today's release. I'll make it better later.

About the Character: She's the goddess of Night. Her name is Nyxy of the Twilight. She's a night goddess and high level vampire. She uses her spirt urns to collect peoples souls. One for evil souls, hence the evil grin, and one for tormented souls, hence the frown. Well... there you have it.. a double whammy. Nyxy can both suck your blood and steal your soul to devour later.
